Hey, do you know if the 3-day Fuji Rock passes have a per day ticket cap, or not? Thanks!

I'm not exactly sure what you mean.
There is a set price.
And there is a limited number of 3 day tickets, although the number hasn't been announced.
I doubt very much if there would be a per-day limit for 3-day tickets.

Oh, yeah, I guess I worded that wrong, didn't mean daily cap, meant ticket limit overall.

Is there an average time frame for when three-days sell out? Is it different for people buying the tickets overseas- are the tickets for us limited in some way?

i haven't heard of frf 3 day tickets selling out before.
they should be available at 39,800yen until june 7th.
tickets bought through ganban overseas are just japanese tickets, no different, so i don't think there would be separate limit.
you could email them to find out.

Do you know how to buy Summer Sonic tickets from overseas. The only info I can find on their website is in japanese. Thanks

Last year they had English info on the site. They allowed tickets to be bought from overseas but needed to be sent to an address in Japan. It doesn't seem like they'll offer that this year.
If you need help getting tickets, email me.

Hi - we have tried to order tickets from Pia or Fuji Rock - tricky as all in Japanese. Weirdly the camping tickets have now arrived but not the actual concert tickets - do you know if they are sending them separately or is that a mistake and should I be chasing them? Thanks!

did you oder tickets from pia in japanese?
ganban are selling them in english.
camping tickets are not sold seperately from concert tickets so i don't think you need to worry.
pia's website says the tickets will be sent from the end of june.
if you ordered them from ganban, you have to pick them up on the day of the festival from their store near the entrance.

Not many Japanese bands in these line-ups! Is it just because those that have been announced are the bigger names, or are Japanese bands really underrepresented in Summer Sonic and Fuji Rock?

You're right. Just the main acts have been announced. Lots more Japanese acts will be added later.

I'm pretty sure that Sunday and Two Day Passes have both sold out. I'm gutted as I was planning on going from New Zealand to Tokyo and then through to the States.

Let me know if there are anyway to get any tickets to both the days.

The line-up is amazing, too good to miss :(

Was wondering if anyone could confirm how 1 day passes work for summer sonic? If you purchase a 1 day pass, is that one day pass good for either Saturday or Sunday? Or do they have specific dates per 1 day passes? Any confirmation or clarification regarding this would be great. From what i can see on websites such as mosaico they only give you a choice of 09 August 2008, but that was even from day 1 of ticket sales it said that. So if i wanted to go both days even tho 2-day pass is sold out, i can just buy 2x 1day pass ? Thanks

So I think Im a month late on this!!! I'm trying to buy tickets from the US to see summer sonic in Tokyo but I can't figure it out. Help!

Anyone looking for summer sonic tickets, especially if buying them from abroad, just go here - http://www.summersonic.com/09/english/.

They finally set up a facility to buy tickets through an agent, Mosaico. You can reach the page by clicking the big blue "BUY TICKETS BUTTON".

You can use your credit card, money transfer or check. There's a slight comission (3 day pass usually 289 euros, Mosaico sells them for 332 Euros). Still a much better deal than FDJP.com, who from my experience are quite unfriendly.

Trying to get a ticket to Osaka for Saturday 8 August. I'm gathering from Mosaico that one-day passes (or all passes?) are now sold out...

I am going to be in Tokyo come the end of July, so I don't think I'll be able to purchase tickets then, if anybody has any tickets for the Tokyo show they want to get rid of, they can contact me: jam16@ualberta.ca

I would love to go. I tried to buy on the English site (Mosaico Japan), but it seems they are sold out.
One ticket would be perfect (especially for August 7th!) but I would be happy just being there.
Thank you to anyone who can help out.

It seems like it's sold out, but the Summer Sonic website still has Buy Tickets banners. Hope it's still possible to find a ticket!
